If you have a more detailed enquiry and require information then please telephone the surgery

(01483 202066) using one of the following options :

Option 1: Dispensary

for all medication enquiries, repeat prescription information and advice.

 

Option 2: Reception

for all enquiries regarding appointments, clinics and general information requests.

 

Option 3: Secretaries

for all admin/ referral enquiries and details regarding any correspondence. You can also reach the Community Gynaecology Service secretary via this option. 

 

Option 4: Test result enquiries.
