Out of Hours Service

  • ​When the surgery is closed, emergency cover is provided by the NHS 111 service who will give advice or direct you to the most appropriate service. You should have a pencil and a paper ready for any information you may need to record.

  • You may be offered an appointment at a primary care centre. You will be given instructions over the phone on how to get to your nearest centre at Farnham, Cranleigh, Woking, Bordon, Haslemere or Guildford. In certain circumstances a home visit may be arranged. These doctors have full Primary Care Trust approval and their standard of care is monitored.

  • NHS111 now handle all out of hours calls.

  • There is an NHS walk in centre in Woking for minor illness and injuries. Tel. no. 01483 846209
