Services

Out Of Hours Service

When the surgery is closed, emergency cover is provided by the NHS 111 service who will give advice or direct you to the most appropriate service. You should have a pencil and a paper ready for any information you may need to record.

You may be offered an appointment at a primary care centre. You will be given instructions over the phone on how to get to your nearest centre at Farnham, Cranleigh, Woking, Bordon, Haslemere or Guildford. In certain circumstances a home visit may be arranged. These doctors have full Primary Care Trust approval and their standard of care is monitored.

Alternatively, you can fax it to us on 01483 202761. An email repeat request service is also available. Please ask at the dispensary for details and passcodes. You can contact the dispensary on 01483 209913 with queries relating to medication only. We cannot take repeat requests over the phone.

Please allow 72 hours for the dispensary to process your prescription. This gives us time to order items not in stock and to maintain safety in our checking procedures. Please remember that dispensing staff can only dispense those medicines prescribed and authorized to be repeated by a doctor.
