Our team of practice nurses have daily surgeries and clinics. Each nurse has special services that they provide so you may need to make an appointment at a specific time depending on you requirement.
They also assist doctors in minor surgery and are available to offer professional advice over the telephone between 12 noon and 1.00pm.

Reception Staff
The staff at reception will assist you when making routine and emergency appointments. They answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and understanding at all times. Our reception staff are highly trustworthy and professional people. They take responsibility for confidentiality very seriously. They are not allowed to discuss any patient information outside of work. The receptionist may ask you questions when you make an appointment, they are not being deliberately intrusive, they need to direct you to an appropriate member of staff for the care you need.

We have an experienced and well qualified team of Dispensers who can provide your medication promptly and safety. We dispense medication to most of our patients at Shere.

General Practitioner Registrars And Students

Our practice is a training/teaching practice. Our registrars are fully qualified and have a great deal of hospital experience. Registrars are attached to our practice for at least 12 months and patients find their fresh, enthusiastic approach adds to the health care we provide.

They always have a partner available for advice when required. In order to maintain its training status, the practice is inspected on a regular basis to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
We are also fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice for short periods. With the patient’s consent they may consult with the partner to learn about general practice.
